Bruce Warren comes from a long history of cooks. At age 15 he managed his mother's diner, later working all types of restaurants including 5-star establishments to field kitchen work for the US Military as a civilian contractor. Bruce also has a degree in Public Administration and has worked with various government permitting agencies. He knows how to properly store and serve food in a variety of environments and in accordance with local agency safety guidelines. Always the quiet one, Bruce reserves his vast knowledge and ability to "work with what you got" for those that he feels have a worthy cause. Bruce heard about the Everywhen Project through his wife, Laura, and has been a supporter ever since.
